NAIOP Oklahoma’s Developing Leaders Program is for commercial real estate professionals age 35 and under who are ready to build meaningful connections, expand their industry knowledge, and accelerate their careers. Through special events, educational tours, and access to a strong network of peers and industry leaders, participants gain valuable opportunities to grow professionally and personally.
All current NAIOP members age 35 and under are eligible to participate in Developing Leaders as part of their membership. If you are not yet a member and would like to get involved, you can join through the Membership tab.

Who can participate in NAIOP Oklahoma’s Developing Leaders Program?
Any current NAIOP Oklahoma member age 35 or under is eligible to participate in the Developing Leaders Program.
Do I have to be a NAIOP member to join Developing Leaders?
Yes. Participation in the Developing Leaders Program is available to current NAIOP members who meet the age requirement.
What age do I need to be to qualify?
You must be age 35 or younger to participate in Developing Leaders.
How do I become a member?
If you are not yet a member and would like to get involved, you can join through the Membership section of the NAIOP Oklahoma website.
Do I still get Developing Leaders benefits if I join under a corporate membership?
Yes. If you are age 35 or under, you may still participate in the Developing Leaders Program and enjoy its benefits, even if you join under your company’s corporate membership structure.
