Connect – NAIOP Oklahoma provides the exclusive opportunity to network with Tulsa’s leading commercial real estate owners, developers, investors and other professionals involved in commercial real estate development.
NAIOP’s events provide the best opportunities to network/connect locally while the national conferences provide endless networking opportunities with professionals in other markets.
Legislation
Advocate – NAIOP is at its core an advocacy organization on behalf of the commercial real estate development industry and is the leading voice for influencing policy on behalf of developers, investors and owners of commercial real estate. Membership in NAIOP provides the opportunity to meet with officials who impact policy and to utilize a collaborative voice for the benefit our industry.
Members may also participate in local chapter activities focused on advocacy including special programs and events and the chapter government affairs committee. Don’t stop there – get involved on a national level to help advocate for your industry on Capitol Hill.

NAIOP is the nation’s leading trade association for developers, owners, investors and other professionals in industrial, office, retail and mixed-use commercial real estate. Founded in 1967, NAIOP comprises of 15,000+ members in over 50 North American chapters.
Members have great opportunities at the local level to enhance their business through educational programs, networking, and legislative affairs. Members can also get involved at the national level – by attending conferences for continuing education, participating in National Forums for professional development and working to advance legislative initiatives like real estate taxation issues on Capitol Hill.
NAIOP promotes effective public policy through its grassroots network to create, protect and enhance property values.
