This year’s NAIOP Deals of the Year will be at the conclusion of the Awards Gala Thurs, April 18th, 2024 at the Mayo Hotel.  We will be giving awards for the top Real Estate deals completed within the previous period ending Dec 31, 2023.  Deals of the Year Award will be given for the top Office, Industrial, Retail, Multi – Family & Land Deals.

Winners will be determined by a committee.  Selection criteria will be weighted more heavily towards $ volume of the transactions, but will also give consideration to deal complexity and creativity.
